These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the greatph platform, including all games, payment services, bonuses, and account features. By registering or continuing to use greatph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your greatph account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. greatph's support staff will never request your password under any circumstances. You must notify greatph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification is mandatory for all players prior to processing any withdrawal. greatph may request any of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, PhilSys national ID), proof of registered address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC to greatph's satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification.
You may request closure of your greatph account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be cancelled and the associated bonus balance forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or system failure that causes a game to produce an incorrect result or prevents a game from being completed, greatph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and honour valid wagers. If reconstruction is not possible, wagers affected by a confirmed malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Actual return percentages experienced by individual players in any session may differ from the long-run theoretical RTP. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the greatph Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:
greatph is required by PAGCOR and Philippine law (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended by Republic Acts 10167, 10365, and 11521) to maintain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. These requirements form part of these Terms and are legally binding on all players.
greatph conducts Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on all account holders. This includes identity verification at registration (KYC), ongoing transaction monitoring, and enhanced due diligence for higher-value players or unusual activity patterns. You are required to cooperate fully and promptly with all CDD requests.
Transactions that meet applicable thresholds under Philippine AML law, or that display characteristics associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime, will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law. greatph is not required to notify you if a report has been filed — doing so would itself constitute a legal violation.
greatph may request documentation evidencing the legal source of funds used for deposits, particularly for players whose cumulative deposits exceed regulatory thresholds. Acceptable documentation includes payslips, bank statements, business income records, or other evidence of lawfully-earned income. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending AMLC guidance.

By law and under PAGCOR regulations, greatph will honour self-exclusion requests from any player immediately upon receipt. Self-excluded players will not receive marketing communications from greatph for the duration of their exclusion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, greatph's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming services shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your greatph account at the time the claim arises.
greatph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from: (a) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (b) game malfunctions handled in accordance with Section 6.3 of these Terms; (c) unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions; or (d) any third-party payment provider delays or failures beyond greatph's reasonable control.
All content on the greatph Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the exclusive property of greatph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without greatph's express prior written consent.
greatph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the greatph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at Privacy Policy.
By registering an account with greatph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities where legally required.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the greatph Platform — including a game outcome, a payment, a bonus, or account treatment — you must first submit your complaint to greatph's customer support team in writing via the live chat or email channel. All complaints are logged and acknowledged within 24 hours. greatph aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through greatph's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for independent review. PAGCOR's dispute resolution authority covers all matters within the scope of greatph's Philippine gaming license.
You agree that any dispute with greatph shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, representative proceeding, or group claim against greatph to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Online Gaming and Casino Regulations administered by PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the Data Privacy Act. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism is engaged as provided in Section 13.
greatph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or email to the registered address, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarification of existing provisions) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the greatph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
